East Coast Carbon Efficiency Project
Project brief
The East Coast Carbon Efficiency (ECCE) project is offering eligible small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) in Suffolk Coastal and rural Waveney, the opportunity to save money by making resource efficiencies, improve the sustainability of their supply chain, access finance and gain recognition for their carbon reduction efforts through a local environmental accreditation.
The project is continuing to make a difference to businesses who have been audited with savings of over £400,000 per annum already identified. Two grants of £2,000 have also been given along with 18 Suffolk Carbon Charter accreditations currently under review.
