Non Domestic Rates sharing information

The information you have supplied to the Non Domestic Rates team will be used for the administration of Non Domestic Rates. 

The Council will only give this information to someone else if the Law allows us to do so.

Business Information may be shared with third parties upon request,and/or where legislation permits.

Under the Business Improvement District, (England), Regulations 2004, such information could include:

The Organisation Name
The Unique Property Reference Number (UPRN) of each hereditatment.
The address of each hereditament .
The rateable value of each hereditament
The rateable value category it falls in eg retail, public house, restaurant etc
The liable party paying the Business Rates
