Publication of committee papers

The agendas and minutes of the meetings are available for the public to view. The Calendar of meetings details when meetings are scheduled.

The Council is duty bound to make agendas available five clear working days before any meeting is held. Copies can be viewed on the Council's website or are available for inspection from Reception at the Town Hall, High Street, Lowestoft, NR32 1HS. Spare agendas are also made available at each meeting.

Agendas are also available on subscription, please telephone the Committee Team on 01502 523614 to discuss this.

The Council records and publishes all minutes, agendas and reports from Committee meetings (except where confidential/exempt information may be disclosed). Dependent on the type of Committee or panel, minutes may be done in note form. For the quasi-judicial and decision-making Committees, they take the more traditional form.
