Planning applications can be submitted online, by post or in person.
The Government has introduced new legislation to remove the need for planning permission for some rear home extensions and introduced a new process. Guidance note and form for simplified process. Submit completed form and site plan to pbc@waveney.gov.uk
Planning application fees vary depending on the type of application. You can calculate the fee for your planning application using the Planning Portal website. Waveney District Council also produces a guide to the fees for planning applications in the district.
