Tenders and contracts

The tender adverts listed for the supply of works, goods and services are placed on the public sector's national opportunities portal, in local press, specialist publications or the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU).

The list is comprised of those tenders that are currently being managed by the procurement section of Waveney District Council. WDC also administers Tenders and Contracts on behalf of Suffolk Coastal District Council (SCDC). Tenders that are being managed by other teams within WDC/SCDC will not necessarily appear and this list should therefore not be treated as exhaustive.

WDC accepts no liablity whatsoever should any tender opportunties arise that are not published on this website.

Waveney District Council's Procurement Team covers all the supplies, services and works needed to deliver our services to Waveney residents.

The framework of rules for procurement is in order of precedence; those determined by European Community (EC) law, United Kingdom Law and in the Council's contract procedure rules.
