Financial information
We are committed to informing you about how well our services are performing and how public money is spent. The Council publishes its financial plans for the year as part of its annual budget and council tax-setting process, with summary budget information being published in the council tax leaflet included with your annual council tax demands.
At the end of the financial year, the Council publishes a comprehensive Statement of accounts detailing how money was spent.
The Council also publishes a number of disclosures in response to the Coalition Government's focus on public service transparency.
