You are entitled to attend all official Council meetings, except where exempt or confidential material is being discussed.

Public speaking is presently only allowed at the Development Control (Planning) meetings, and is confined to the objectors, Town/Parish Council representative and the applicant. Each are allowed three minutes in total to address the Committee, and intention to speak should be registered prior to the start of the meeting.
