Planning Policy Statement 3: Housing requires local authorities to identify and maintain a 5-year supply of deliverable land for housing. This assessment, dated October 2007, demonstrates that Waveney District Council has identified a 5-year supply of sites for housing. The supply of land will be kept under review. If you are a landowner or developer and you have information about the deliverability of any of the housing sites listed, please e-mail planningpolicy@waveney.gov.uk .  Information received will inform future assessments of housing land supply.
