Site Specific Allocations
Site Specific Allocations Cover

Where are we now?
The Council is considering the representations received on the preferred sites for future development.

What Happens Next?
Once the Council has considered the responses to the preferred sites, a final draft will be published for consultation. Only minor changes would be expected to be made at the final draft stage. Representations requiring substantial change to the document would be considered by the Inspector examining the document at the next stage.

What Have We Done So Far?
During previous consultations , over a thousand individuals / organisations gave their views on sites suggested for future development. The Council would like to thank all those who gave their views.

What is the Site Specific Allocations Document?
This document will identify suitable land for future development within Waveney for specific purposes such as housing, employment, shopping and community facilities and will be accompanied by a Proposals Map showing the geographical areas to which policies and proposals relate.
