Planning policy: Outline
The Planning Policy team prepare local planning policies which help to guide and manage development in Waveney.
The main responsibility of the team is to prepare the Waveney Local Development Framework which sets out what can be built, where, and how land and buildings can be used.
Other functions of the Planning Policy team include housing and employment land monitoring.
