After two years of work, Waveney District Council are pleased to announce the Local Land Charges service, now has a computerised process in place, that became operational during January 2008.

Also the Council is linked to the NLIS hub at level three, this means that we are able to despatch searches to you electronically. This will occur even if you do not use NLIS. All we need is an email address and your search will be returned via e-mail, which will speed up the process.

Paper searches can still be submitted, and will be despatched via email.

You will also find the search appearance has now changed, and search results look more professional.
