The Planning Enforcement team deals with alleged breaches of
planning control such as unauthorised extensions, unauthorised
works to listed buildings or trees or breach of conditions attached
to a planning permission.
To ensure consistency and transparency a
Planning and Building Control Enforcement

(opens new window) have been adopted by the council.
