Open Access allows you to view details of the following Revenues
and Benefit areas, if you have an account registered within the
Waveney District Council area:
- Council Tax
- Housing & Council Tax Benefit
(By applying for Council Tax online you will also be able to view
your Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit entitlement where
applicable)
- Non-Domestic Rates (Business Rates)
View your Council Tax and Business Rates Accounts
Online
You can now view up to date details of your Council Tax and
Business Rates accounts online by completing our
online & paperless billing request
form.
Once registered a letter will be issued to you with your User ID
and password. You will then be able to view your account using the
link above.

Paperless Billing
You can also receive your Council Tax and Business Rates Bills by
email, rather than by post. If you sign up for this service, we
will send your bill as a PDF to the email address we are
given.
If you want to receive your bills by email, please complete the
above form.
When a bill is issued electronically, the email with include links
to the statutory information we must provide you with for any new
or annual bill.
To confirm that we have updated your account for Paperless Billing,
a bill showing the current balance of your account will be emailed
to you.
Landlord Payments
If you are a landlord and receive housing benefit payments on
behalf of your tenant, you can register to view payment details,
including payment amounts and periods. Please note, as a landlord,
you will not be able to view your tenants account details and
status.
To use this new service, you must first apply for a User ID and
password to enable access to the “Open Access” area.
To apply simply email

and register your interest.
You will receive an email with an application form attached. Please
complete, sign and return the application. We will then issue your
User ID and password to you.
