Open Access will allow you to view details of the following Revenues and Benefit areas, if you have an account registered within the Waveney District Council area:

• Council Tax
• Housing & Council Tax Benefit
• Non-Domestic Rates (Business Rates)
• Landlord payments Direct

If you are a landlord and receive payments on behalf of your tenant, you can register to view payment details, including payment amounts and periods. Please note, as a landlord, you will not be able to view your tenants account details and status.

To use this new service, you must first apply for a User ID and password to enable access to the “Open Access” area.

To apply simply email ebilling@waveney.gov.uk and register your interest.

You will receive a response email with an application form attached. Please complete, sign and return the application . We will then issue your User ID and password to you.
