Waveney District Council is conducting its Annual Canvass of residents in the District and would like to encourage those who have no changes to make to use the automated telephone, internet or text (SMS) response service when responding.

If you live in the Waveney area, an Annual Canvass Form will be delivered to your address around the end of August. This form collects your details in order to register you for the Register of Electors.
Residents are being encouraged to use the automated telephone, internet or text (SMS) response service where possible.

In addition, could you please encourage your friends, family and colleagues to acknowledge their canvass form using an automated response service if they have no changes to make to the pre-printed details on their form.

You are also able to request a postal vote application via the telephone or internet options as well.

Return the form by post if you need to make some changes to the details we hold.
