representation
Where an interested party (a resident or business within the
vicinity of the premises) wishes to object to an application for a
premises licence this must be made within 28days of the application
being received by the licensing authority. The representation must
be made in writing using the appropriate form. This can be
downloaded using the link at the top of the page.
Where relevant representations are received and accepted by the
licensing authority a hearing will be arranged for the matter to be
determined by the licensing sub-committee. All interested parties
will be invited to attend.
