Shown below is the required format of the Notice of Application
which must be displayed on the premises for 28 consecutive days
starting the day after your application was made. Please note that
the Notice must be of a size equal or larger than A4, be on pale
blue colour, be printed legibly in black ink or typed in a font of
a size equal to or larger than 16 and be displayed prominently at
or on the premises where it can be conveniently read from the
exterior of the premises. In the case of a premises covering an
area of more than 50 square metres, you must place Notices in the
same form every 50 metres along the external perimeter of the
premises abutting any highway. Please note that the words in
italics are not to be replicated in your Notice but rather are
there to guide you to insert the correct wording for your premises,
as applicable.

Anyone wishing to make representations about this application
should write to the Senior Licensing Officer, Waveney District
Council, Town Hall, High Street, Lowestoft, Suffolk NR32 1HS by not
later than

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement
