The Business Plan ‘Start…Succeed…Sustain’ represents the first element in Suffolk’s three-stage process to maximise the benefits of the Games. It describes the strategic objectives that underpin Suffolk’s approach to the 2012 Games and highlights the actions partners will take to ensure that the legacy and inspiration of the 2012 Games is felt across the County, well into the future.
