A memorial bench or tree is an enduring way of remembering your
loved one whilst providing real benefit to your local park or open
space.
We are currently reviewing the number of memorial items in our
green spaces. If this is a service you are interested in, you are
welcome to add your details to the waiting list.
You can apply online, or print off the form and post it, or hand it
in at
your nearest local office .
You will receive confirmation of receipt of your application and
details of your position on the waiting list.
