Registration onto Homeselect
The Council now operates a scheme in partnership
with Great Yarmouth and six other housing associations called
Great
Yarmouth and Waveney Partnership Homeselect Scheme.
To apply for Homeselect you should contact them direct on 01493
846140 or via the information given above.
Introductory Tenancies
All new tenants with the Council will have an Introductory tenancy.
This will be for 12 months when it becomes a Secure Tenancy.
Introductory tenants do not have the same rights as a Secure
tenant.
