Due to the extreme shortage of Council and Housing Association accommodation, properties have to be allocated fairly to reflect the needs of different household groups for example single households, couples, families and elderly. Please ensure that you advise in your application form whether you have any problems with using stairs on health grounds. If necessary tick the box on the application form asking for a medical questionnaire form to be sent to you.

* Please note that the numbers of units of family accommodation are small and
the level of availability is low therefore the waiting time for such accommodation is
