Types of accommodation that you might be offered

Due to the extreme shortage of Council and Housing Association accommodation, properties have to be allocated fairly to reflect the needs of different household groups for example single households, couples, families and elderly. If you have problems with your health please refer to the section concerning medical conditions. Please ensure that you advise in your application form whether you have any problems with using stairs on health grounds. If necessary tick the box on the application form asking for a medical questionnaire form to be sent to you.

Please note that properties are allocated in accordance with the number of bedrooms that they have.
