A Step Up To Your Housing Solutions

There might be times in your life when, through no fault of your
own, you are not able to remain in your accommodation.
The Housing Options and Advice team offer Clinics on Monday,
Wednesday and Friday mornings between 09.00 and 12.00 (except bank
holidays) at Marina House, The Marina, Lowestoft (ex benefit office
next to the Marina Theatre). No actual appointment is required
as the clinics are run on a first come first served basis. If
further advice is felt to be necessary then another interview can
be arranged.

- Deposits
- Relationship Breakdown
- Mortgage arrears
- Long leaseholders with a private freeholder
- Welfare Benefits
- Homelessness
- Landlords
How Will The Authority Advise Their Decision Regarding Your
Homelessness Application?
The decision by the authority will be advised to you in writing
sent either to the address that you have applied from or made
available to be collected from the Marina Customer Service Centre
by hand
