assist the Housing Advice and Options Advisor in being able to give
you the correct information and advice. E.g:
- Ante natal card or other proof of pregnancy
- Birth Certificates
- Building society Letter on Mortgage arrears
- Child benefit book
- Copy of tenancy agreement
- Copy of termination notice
- Court Order / Bailiffs Warrant
- Custody Documents
- Divorce Paperwork
- Immigration documents
- Income support or job seekers allowance
- Marriage Certificates
- Medical cards and medical evidence to support any claimed
priority need on medical grounds (eg a copy prescription or contact
details for your GP, CPN or medical practitioner.
- National Insurance Card
- Other benefit books
- Passport
- Pension book
- Proof of all your addresses over the last 5 years· Third Party
Statements
- Rent book or receipts
- Solicitor or legal advice letters
- Wage slips
- Written notice from landlord, friends or
relatives
