‘Waveney on your Wavelength’ updates our approach to consultation.

The revised strategy proposes a broad framework to underpin the wide range of customer consultation carried out by the council and sets out ways that consultation might be developed further to support the council’s core values and targets within the Strategic Direction. This includes how we consult with our ‘internal’ customers, our councillors and staff.

The strategy contains the key principles, methods and working arrangements, which underpin our consultation work, and outlines how consultation should be evaluated to check out quality standards.
