Waveney District Council's preferred method of payment is via
Direct Debit but alternative ways to pay your Council Tax are
available:
Using your debit or credit card
Pay over the telephone using our automated system, visit our
Online Payments
page , or use your card over the counter.
Telephone and Internet payment is available 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week.
Please note that you will pay a fee of 1.50% each time you
use your credit card to pay Council Tax.

write your address and account reference number on the back.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH THROUGH THE POST
In Person
Payment can be made by cash, cheque, debit card or credit
card at any of the council's cash offices .
At Any UK Post
Office
The Council can provide you with a giro payment card. This will
allow you to pay your Council Tax at any Post Office in the
country, without charge.
If you wish to pay by this method please telephone
01502 523435 and we will arrange for a payment
card to be sent to you. Please note that this can take two to three
weeks.
