If you are about to move or have recently moved, you must inform
us.
The simplest method is to phone the Council Tax office using the
number shown at the foot of this page, where one of our officers
will take the information regarding your move.
Alternatively you can fill in and return a Change of Address form
to the address shown at the foot of this page.
You can download the Change of Address form using the link at
the top of the page or obtain a form from any of our Council
offices.
If you are paying your Council Tax bill by
direct debit we can in most cases transfer your existing direct
debit to your new property. You will need to complete a new form in
the following circumstances:
- You have moved your bank account to a new bank. This does not
apply if you have moved your account to a different branch of the
same bank.
- Your direct debit is being paid from a joint bank account, and
you are no longer liable to pay Council Tax with the other joint
bank account holder.
