At its meeting on
the 11
th October 2006 the Licensing Committee considered
and approved a report from the Licensing Team to enable policy
revisions to the existing Street Trading Scheme.

Who is consulting?
Waveney District Council
And why?
The existing Street Trading scheme came into force on the
1st August 1999. Due to geographical
changes, including the Sunrise Scheme and the relief road in
Lowestoft, and requests for additional trading areas, it was
felt this was an opportune moment to review the current
scheme.

- Highway Authorities
- Broads Authority
- Various Teams within
- Waveney District Council
- Any interested party
When is the consultation taking place?
Start Date: 30th November 2006
End Date: 9th February 2007
Outcome:
Following the end of the consultation period copies of all the
responses to the consultation and any revisions to be applied to
the scheme will be available on the web.
