As part of the
Planning Service's drive for continuous improvement a Planning
Enforcement Policy has been drafted.

Who is consulting?
Waveney District Council
And why?
There is no existing policy that deals specifically with Planning
and Building Control Enforcement. The need for consistency and
transparency is recognised and the introduction of such a code of
practice will help to deliver this.
Who do they want to consult?
- All District Councillors
- All Town and Parish Councils
- Suffolk Constabulary
- Broads Authority
- Various Teams within
- Waveney District Council
- Any interested party
When is the consultation taking place?
Start Date: 8th January 2007
End Date: 7th February 2007
Outcome:
Following the end of the consultation period the responses to
the consultation will be reported to the relevant committee and any
revisions to be applied to the policy will be made available on
this website.
