Partnership and Waveney District Council are asking for views on
the priorities for the community - this will inform the work plans
and targets in two key documents, the Community Strategy and
Strategic Direction.

Who is consulting?
Waveney Local Strategic Partnership
Waveney District Council
And why?
A number of organisations across the public, business voluntary and
community sectors work in the Local Strategic Partnership to
improve the quality of life for everyone in Waveney. They work to a
series of priorities which are contained in the Community Strategy.
As a key member of the Local Strategic Partnership, the District
Council also needs to consider the Community Strategy in
formulating its own priorities. This questionnaire will hlep both
the Local Strategic Partnership, and the District Council set new
priorties for the next few years.
We need to know whether we have the right priorities, which are the
most important to you and what you think we should do about
them.

When is the consultation taking place?
Start Date: 3rd July 2006
End Date: 31st August 2006
Please return paper forms to any Waveney District Council office by
no later than August 31st. You can use the local offices in
Beccles, Bungay, Halesworth, or Southwold, or alternatively the
Town Hall on the High Street or the Clapham Road offices in the
centre of Lowestoft.
