Seashore & Promenades Bylaws Consultation

 Consultation Status:  Closed

Consultation Overview

As part of the public consultation that we are undertaking prior to the introduction of new bylaws affecting the seashore and the promenades in the district we would like to know what you think of the Byelaws we are proposing to introduce. They are based on the Model sets of Byelaws for the Seashore and Promenades, which have been produced by central government. We would like to know where you think they would be most effective and whether you believe they deal with all the issues that arise in these areas.
