Waveney District Council is currently focussing on a number of strategic issues to demonstrate that it is meeting its improvement agenda. A key part of that improvement agenda is to consider how it can demonstrate to stakeholders that its services represent good value for money (VFM).

As part of a detailed study into VFM, a short questionnaire has been designed to help the organisation gain a better understanding of what it can do to demonstrate that VFM is a key part of the way the council manages services. It will also provide useful feedback on what needs to be done to improve the value of services to the public.
