We would normally allow you a short period of time after the due date before we send you a reminder.

If you are sent a reminder, you will have 7 days to pay any overdue amounts. If you pay the reminder on time, you can continue to pay the rest of your bill by instalments. If you only pay part of a reminder, we will send you a final notice, requiring you to pay all overdue amounts within a further 7 days.

Failure to pay any reminder or final notice will lead to the issue of a Magistrates' Court summons.
